What We Offer & Our Payment Policy
At Lil Rascals, we are committed to making quality care accessible to all families. We are in the process of getting credentialed with insurance providers. Once credentialing is completed, we aim to become an in-network provider with several insurers to minimize out-of-pocket costs for you.
In the meantime, we offer the following:
Out-of-network services: Families may use their insurance benefits (if allowed) by submitting a superbill — a detailed receipt of services — to their insurer for possible reimbursement toward their deductible or out-of-pocket maximum.
Private pay / self-pay options: We accept payment via cash, credit card, and other electronic payment methods.
Transparent pricing: You’ll receive full information about fees before care begins.
Insurance & Credentialing Status
We are actively working to become credentialed with major insurance companies. Until this process is complete:
😃 You will still have access to our services.
🔍 We recommend contacting your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network benefits, reimbursement rates, and any required documentation (such as superbills or itemized receipts).
📅 We will update this page (and notify existing clients) as soon as we become in-network with more plans.
Common Questions
Do you accept my insurance? Not yet in-network, but we are getting credentialed. You can check if your plan allows reimbursement for out-of-network providers.
How do I get reimbursed? We will provide a superbill. You submit it to your insurer. Let us know if you need help with this.
What are the payment options? Cash, check, credit/debit cards, and possibly plans via third-party financing (if available).
When will you be in-network? We are working on it now. We expect to complete credentialing with several providers in the upcoming months. (Contact us to find out about your specific insurer.)
